Uililie Wara Aboriginal Corporation
Brief
Develop a visual identity for Uililie Wara Aboriginal Corporation, a Northern Territory–based organisation providing consulting services to Indigenous businesses locally and across Australia. The brand needed to reflect the organisation’s core values—integrity, honesty, resilience, and respect—as well as its name, with Uililie meaning “spring” and Wara meaning “water.”
Key objectives were to build strong brand recognition, create a meaningful connection with the target audience, and position the organisation clearly apart from its competitors.
Design concept
The visual identity centres on flowing lines that evoke the movement of water, using a complementary coour palette of bold red earth and water tones. The client requested a circular composition, with all supporting elements designed to reinforce the theme of flowing water.
